Pressure Transmitter
Description
The core component of the pressure sensor is a diffused silicon chip with an integrated Wheatstone bridge. Pressure from the measured gas or liquid medium acts on the diaphragm, causing deformation of the bridge resistors on the silicon chip via the piezoresistive effect and generating a differential voltage. This signal is then converted into industry-standard analog or digital signals through a dedicated amplification and conditioning circuit.
