The CS Ultrasonic Level Gauge is a non-contact, low-cost and easy-to-install level measuring instrument. It adopts advanced aerospace technology for general civil industries. Unlike conventional level gauges with numerous application limitations, its easy installation feature meets the measurement requirements for most solid and liquid levels. The working principle of the CS Ultrasonic Level Gauge: The transducer emits ultrasonic pulses. When the pulses hit the surface of the measured medium, they are reflected back. Part of the reflected echo is received by the same transducer and converted into electrical signals. Ultrasonic pulses travel at the speed of sound. The time interval between transmission and reception is proportional to the distance from the transducer to the medium surface. The relationship between distance S, sound velocity C and propagation time T is expressed by the formula: S=C*T/2
