Magnetic Flip Board Level Gauge

An extended bypass pipe is installed on the outside of the tank, and a level indicator is mounted externally on the bypass pipe. A magnet-equipped float is placed inside the bypass pipe. The magnetic flippers contain magnets of opposite polarity. As the float rises, it attracts the magnetic flippers to rotate; the flipper color changes from white to red to indicate the current liquid level. A magnetic switch can be fitted on the outer side of the bypass pipe for electrical contact signal output. A level transmitter can also be installed to realize long-distance liquid level signal transmission and liquid level control.
